Photo Exhibit in St. Paul

I’m pleased to announce that my photography exhibit Borrowed Light is now on display in the gallery at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. The display consists of 18 photographs of a great variety of subjects taken over the last several years. They include my recent cloister panorama from Bad Wimpfen, Germany. The exhibit can be viewed whenever the church is open throughout the week. An opening reception and talk is scheduled for October 30 during the Sunday morning education hour at 9:15 a.m. I also have a “virtual tour” of the exhibit online. Click the image below to virtually visit the exhibit.

Borrowed Light: Compact Edition

I’ve created a new edition of my photography book, Borrowed Light, the “Compact Edition,” as I’ve called it. With a smaller format (approximately 7 inches square) and a more compact form, it allows for a lower price than my other editions, yet still has all the photographs from the full size versions.  You’re invited to check it out. Borrowed Light (compact edition) by Mark C. Christianson | Make Your Own Book The standard paper edition is still available, as is a new and improved deluxe hardcover edition.
